Have you ever tried predicting the weather 2 weeks from now?

If someone tells you with a straight face that he knows what will be going on 30 years from now, beat the living daylights out of him for lying to you!

But I do know it won't be anywhere in the southern United States ("the Sun Belt") because by then all the aging Baby Boomers will have moved there and made it completely miserable (traffic, deforestation, high taxes, etc etc)!

a place you are familiar with now.
and strart making it more and more comfortable - familiar to yourself. Travel but come back to your nest.

It will be very relaxing and you will live a long life.
