because they are the most dynamic, powerful, can adapt to anything and nothing can pin them down. They are mutable in regards to " change ". Out of all signs they are true survivers. The deepest of other water signs ( cancer & scorpios ) if you didn't know.

Oh, man, dukalink6000 beat me to it. Leos are cool because they're generally so outgoing. Beats the hell out of boring, reserved Capricorns (my sign).
