I don't think that there is a definitive age for falling in love. However, what it takes to stay in love is something that I think is suited more for those who have enough life experience to realize that the grass isn't always greener on the other side and that compromise for the sake of saving mutual love relationships are well worth it and turn out not to be a compromise afterall.

I think most of us older people will agree that what we thought was true love when we were children and teens was puppy love or infatuation. It sure felt like love when I was younger but now I know the difference between real love and young love.

to talk about the complexity of love will go too far. i do think that you can fall in love at any age but that it means something different at any age too. to find someone who has the same idea about love as you have, that is the challenge at any age.

It depends on your maturity level. You can be young and fall in love. But those feelings can and might change later.

Love is in fact timeless. It can affect anybody, at any time.

Some have it and overlook it, because they don't know what they have.

Others have never felt it and they mourn the emptiness for the lack of an emotion.
