How to drop hints?

Okay there's this girl I like but I don't know whether she likes me back or not. We chat on msn and stuff, so how do I let her know that I like her without telling her directly? and say, after I dropped hints, how do I know if she's interested or not?

In case if you all are wondering, both of us are not straight =P

Do you live near each other?
If you chat on line a lot, but she lives in another state, it would be difficult to get together anyway and you should just take it slowly.
But if you live close to her, you have to be direct about it. Hints over on line chats are difficult to pick up on, because so much of our communication depends on non-verbal clues. Just tell her you really think she is interesting and you would like to know her better. Invite her to coffee or lunch or clothes shopping at the mall, something low key without a lot of pressure. If things go well you can plan other meetings doing things you both like.

All the things you would do in person and flirty: compliments (you're so funny, you really are sweet, I really enjoy our talks... i mean really) ....though it is a little difficult to work a hair flick into an msn conversation.

Maybe suggest you do something, but say you want it to be something special. Not just going for a coffee, but maybe a museum. The point is you want to say that you want it to be special. That will be the biggest hint.

Then, there has to come a moment when you just tell her. You can't depend that she's going to be the one to say it first. Take the plunge! Take a risk!

Dropping hints never pays off.....because if you drop hints, she will drop hints...and it could be the case that neither one of you would pick up on the signals....

The best thing to do is just come out and say what you think. I believe that in the long run, you'll garner more respect from others and yourself if you're totally up front.

The worst she can say is "no, i'm not interested." Then again, you'd be surprised.

All adult adult males are distinctive. some dont even drop tricks in any respect...they do no longer something. Others drop tricks via being a finished jerk. lol i be conscious of that is frightening, yet perhaps you're able to easily tell him you like him. OK, slightly less obvious. Keep asking her to do things with you. Sends the message you like her company. If she's not made of wood, she'll get it.

You just have to step over that line from friend to maybe girlfriend, flirt a little. Face to face is better for a real relationship, so ask her to go out with you somewhere fun sometime.

good clue is you both not straight, so you wouldnt be worried whether she's straight or not.
at first ask if she has a girlfriend or not, or she is liking someone. as if you'll know she's still single.
try to say something like "i miss you" and if she said so, than just tell if she wants to be your girlfriend, if she's not interested, tell that you were joking :)
