better to install an antivirus now and get an virus update on the internet. i recommend norton. you can download a free trial

Try to get ANti-virus protection or Spyware Protection...
Reboot your computer! Delete EVERYTHING. Wipe your hard drive and start all over

then download AVG *again for free* and use windows firewall *if your using XP*
after you get a little more cash buy a mac and you'll never have that problem again...
