So, I was watching PBS, and they were showing "Clifford's Puppy Days." So, at the end of the theme song, the last line said, "Love makes little things grow." Am I the only one who thinks that that sounds a little bit like an erection?

I never thought of it like that. I always thought of it as in Emily Elizabeth loved Clifford so much that he grew so big. You're mind is in the gutter. lol

No, I think it meant love in a nuturing, caring way make little things grow up and mature. Generally, sexually arosal causes erections, not love. My husband loves me immensely, but I'll be darned if he got an erection from saying "I love you babe, bye!" on the phone.

And no that is not interpreted as sexual...if by little things you think its that way, i would at least little things can be compared to babies or something. but an erection?

I've never thought of it that way, but now that you mention it, it's funny. They don't mean it that way, though. When someone is at the gas station, and the attendant asks how much you want, I try to avoid saying "fill me up." I avoid saying that to servers at restaurants as well when they ask you about drink refills. LOL!!!!!!

i think you may be right! but i think "little thing grow" could also refer to babies, unless your penis is little of course! lol
