It would be. I would like to point out that seeking balance in equality is not discrimination. If you know of any cases for your claim,take the legal steps to correct the situation. Peace.

I think its stupid. Considering in the FDNY you have a better chance of making it if your half way decent and black or mexican female or even a male than a perfect white male. Now you would think they want someone who can perform the job better but no they want diversity.

To demand special treatment because of race is to be guilty of racism. Treat them good, or treat them bad, if you do it because of their race, you are racist. Racism gets in the way of people communicating with and enjoying one another.

double standards exist, just like admission requirements in colleges, medical schools, law schools and other elite institutions. asians and white people get the shaft shoved up their asses for being hard working and competitive.
