Just tell anyone that seems to be checkin you out that you have been impregnated with an alien. If they don't believe you just give them a full moon and just laugh the whole thing off.

My advice is that you parade around like you own the place (meaning the locker room and the shower). Do NOT let other guys detect that you are self-conscious. ALL of the rest of them are feeling self-conscious, too, comparing themselves to the others just like you are doing, but they know how to play it cool. You need to do that too, and you can, by strutting around as if you do not have a care in the world. The best thing you can do is show other people that you are not expecting any criticism, and if anything unpleasant should happen, you need to act as if it is nothing strange. If you act AS IF things are a certain way, other people will believe it. Try it a few times, and that should get you through.

Also, you need to remember that a lot of the other young teens in that locker room have been around nudity probably a lot more than you have. Some of them probably grew up with their dad and/or their brothers (or other kids their age, if they went to the pool often) going about the house at bath or shower time without many clothes on, and a lot of those teens actually enjoy being undressed because they see it as something normal and healthy. Some of those other boys in the locker room may even be used to rough-housing and making harmless jokes about nakedness and private body parts. Believe me, those jokes and comments are harmless, and often you will find them funny, if you just will not be uptight about it. Maybe you could learn something from them. Think about it.

Well I am a girl...but I remember those days in the locker room. Believe me, no one will be looking at you. Everyone feels just as ackward as you. It is just as embarassing for them as it will be for you. I wish they would do away with that to tell you the truth. I feel it is violating.... but then again...what do I know?

Hey now, if you don't like your stomach, maybe you could do a few crunches before bedtime, and a few before you wake up. This might help you feel better about your stomach. 135 does not sound heavy, maybe you need to tone a bit? Or maybe you are to hard on yourself.. Best Wishes, Barbara

Get in shape. Exercise at least 20-30 minutes a day (preferably doing something you like) and eat smaller portions of nourishing foods.
In the meantime, change your attitude. Does it really matter if someone makes fun of you or laughs. Who cares? If you don't, most other people won't either.
I know it's not as easy when you're young. I remember feeling self conscious about being too skinny. Now I'm not as skinny, but I'm bald headed. But I don't let these kind of things bother me anymore. Just do the best you can with what you have.

Who cares. Not everyone is in great shape. Also if you weigh 135 you would have to be REALLY short for you to be fat at all. Secondly the high school locker room is going to have tons of people who look really good. I'm in pretty good shape and I'm still like damn I look bad sometimes. Just don't be self concious, seriously who cares. If anyone makes fun of you just realize everyone is a butthole in high school you got a few more years of it.

Remedy.
First strip naked and stand in front of a mirror.
Second take a good look at your body and be proud of it.
(if you cannot, take some really fat guys pic along for comparison)
Third realise that no one is perfect meaning the rest of the guys in the shower room will each have their own "secret"
Fourth when you accept who you are you and happy to be who you are, you will no longer be bound by the fear of how others might look at you.

I know you said "Guys Only", but...

First of all -- you weigh barely 20 lbs. more than me. And I'm 5'1 -- and not fat. How the heck are you overweight...? Are you over-conscious about this, and aware of it?

Secondly... the whole chubby-nice guy image is closing in -- FAST. Look at Jack Black, Vince Vaughn -- all successful, sexy guys to millions of women, and not razor-thin or built muscularly.

Have some damn confidence, man!

And eat a sandwich! My God--! That's alright, though -- sensitive guys are in style right now, too. =)

You are skinny unless you are under 4 feet tall.

I think it is your SMALL PENIS that you are ashamed of.

Buck up, son. Yes others will look at your tiny dingus and laugh...but it will make them feel good about themselves and they will want to keep you around for that reason. Contrary to popular myth they will not openly make fun of you....they will just secretly use you to feel like hung studs...even if they are only average.

just don't worry about it. Generally, the other guys in the locker room / shower aren't paying any attention to the guys around them.
