I personally think Barry Bonds is a cheating sack of potatoes. I find it ironic how all of a sudden he can hit home runs like crazy in the last 2 years or so, but never was a real competitor to Mark McGwire and Sammy Sosa were in the home run race.

No barry bonds shouldn't go to jail but if they find out he cheated they should erase him from baseball history and make him pay back half the money he earned in his career

Yes! First of all he commited tax fraud by not reporting money earned from autograph signings. Second, apparently he committed perjury. If found guilty, I hope he goes to jail. But, he'll get away with it because he's famous. Examples: OJ Simpson, Robert Blake, Michael Jackson. Too bad you can't put him in jail for ruining the game of baseball.

No and I wish the Feds would quit wasting taxpayer money on this crap. This is going to drag on for years and in the end Barry is unlikely to do jail time for roids or perjury related to roids. Their best options would be to go after him for tax evasion which would look pretty weak after all that.
