I think that Mandy Moore is one of the worst actresses. Seriously, if you watch her in Chasing liberty she just acts completely uncomfortable with what she is doing and its the same with a walk to remember, good movie but bad actress. I don't know who I would say is the worst actor, there are none that really jump out at me.

Paris Hilton cannot act/or sing, she played in The Hills, and the House Of Wax, she also played in Zoolander, but she did ok there. And then actors, i really dont know, im a guy and i look at actresses more, and i pay attention to them, so actors...im not sure.

Jennifer Love Hewitt. I can't stand her. ANY work she's been in is example enough. I can't decide, though, if it's that SHE sucks or the scripts she continually chooses to be associated with....
As for guys?... The lead actor in "Office Space". That movie was funny, but watching HIM was painful. I've never taken acting classes... but I'd be willing to bet money I could act better than he can... {shudder}

Actor: I think Brad Pitt is a bad actor. His characters are not hard characters to play! Any basic actor can play the type of characters he plays. A good example is 'Meet Joe Black'. That was a really bad movie thanks in large part to him.
Actress: Paris Hilton! I shouldn't have to explain why she is so bad at acting!

Angie Dickinson has to be the all time worst actress and she was that way in everything she did. As for worst actor, Mel Gibson because he is such a dip wad.

Michael Keaton, every movie he is in sucks except "My Life" & "Beetle Juice". He cannot act, all he can do is make dumb faces!
Roseanne, she was in the movie "She Devil" Need I say more? Ed Bagley was also in this movie and he takes a pretty close second place to Keaton

Roseanne Barr in "She Devil" and Steven Segal in any of his movies. Roseanne's acting was horrible and Steven Segal sounds like he is reading off of cue cards.
