I've been trying to use tampons for the longest time and it just doesn't seem to work! I know how to put them in and for god's sake im not even a virgin so it should be pretty simple! It seems like everytime i try to put one in it goes in crooked.. left or right but never directly in the middle... i push it towards my back but it still seems to go in crooked and it does not feel very nice.. could i possible have a crooked cervix? I've never had a pap but my gyno has never made any comments about it. I switched to plastic applicators to see if that would help.. it is not as painful but it still seems to go in a bit crooked. Also, it seems like they give me more cramps.. the tampons i have now are a lot shorter than the ones i originally tried.. if i try to go longer i can not push it in far enough, it actually starts to hurt my abdomen.. the smaller ones just make me cramp more.. not only that.. but a lot of times the blood doesn't go through the tampon and goes straight to the string!

I say just try to relax. Obviously every time you put a tampon in you have this mentality. If you relax your muscles will too which will allow for MUCH easier insertion. And maybe you should ask your gyno about this cuz there COULD be the possibility of a crooked cervix but I'm not sure. Just go have it looked at I think. And plus! You're Dr. may be able to give you some handy tips on the BEST WAY FOR YOU to put a tampon in.
Hope I could help! :)

toddlers have a fashion or re-arranging each and every thing. try 2 smaller sized ones. they have each and every kind lately.... try. If that would not artwork, go decrease back to pads. they seem a hell of a lot more effective at present than they were interior the eighty's. Do kegels and promises your self some time to recuperate. This only did not take position over nite, so be affected man or woman.

Have you tried a different position for insertion, im sorry if this a stupid question but when you put it in are you putting it far enough in? we are curvy there to and you may have to wiggle around or shift postiton to make it sit right!! i use Playtex beyond and i haven't had any troubles.

Your vagina might be too dry. Try putting them in right after you shower. Another problem could be that you aren't using the right absorbency. Use a lighter absorbency and see if that helps. Good luck.

Yes, I somewhat have problems with them too. I can't just use any brand. I found that Tampax Pearl works great for me!

I know, that didn't help much, but anyways.
