The people of Sacramento do. They have had strong support from the public but the Kings were pretty mediocre for their first ten years. The Kings are in second place behind the San Antonio Spurs (nine) in terms of NBA teams with the longest active consecutive playoff seasons with eight in a row so they have really lifted their game in the past ten years. Unlike the Spurs, they haven't gone all the way but they have been consistent.

Uggg, the Kings
I like to refer to Mike Bibby as "The NBA Hobgoblin". Something about that guy creeps me out
A few years back I was playing on a junior community center team and the coaches wanted to model our team on the Kings. Those guys also felt that it made sense for me to bring the ball up (I was 6 inches taller than everyone in the league) so "our fast break will be faster". I had some serious questions about how they thought when it came to basketball
