I downloaded a ringtone off the internet from Cingular, and I recieved it on my phone. I pressed load, and it said "Loading... Connecting" Then it said "No GPRS, Try CSD?" and my options were "retry" or "quit". I press retry, and it says "Loading... Connecting" again. Then it says "Network Unavailable". Please help me!!!

Its because you have to activate internet on your phone, you have to call customer service, that happened to me, and i called and they fixed it. You need internet to download applications and ringtones, and your phine might not be internet activated, so, just call cingular customer service. Hope i helped.

That happens frequently.

Call Cingular and get them to connect your GPRS. It's some function they have to turn on.

And stop buying ringtones from Cingular. Www.ringtones.com has over 9000 ringtones. The site is currently down, but will reopen soon.

i don't know what phone you have but i'm sure that is unlocked phone and you bought it from black market. That's mean you have to change some setting from Web Sessions funtion. And you can do it by yourself. i did it once. Let me know if you need more info.
