I was younger when I read it. It's about a girl visiting...I think her grandmother. She got picked on and was given tea to make her invisible from bullies. It worked and then there was something to do with a crater she had to go to, which was a magical world, and she had this quest to save I think that world or just something, I believe. I can't remember anything else except that I was in 5th or 6th grade when I read it, I believe it had chapters, and I loved it! Please help! I've been searching for years and checked it out of a library in Ft. Drum, New York, where I don't live anymore.

Augh, I so know how you feel! I had a book just like this that I searched forever for, but I was lucky enough to track it down on the internet a couple years ago. Do you have any more details? Like what year do you think you read it? Are there any more scenes or characters in the book you can remember? There's a good site here where you can send in a "book stumper" request, it costs 2$ with paypal or cheque. Might be worth it! They seem to be able to figure anything out. You can also search the stumped answers to see if it's already there. Hope you find it!!
Btw, seeing as my best friend is a children's librarian I'm going to mention it to her on the off chance that she knows it. Cross your fingers LOL
