http://www.filext.com/detaillist.php?extdetail=tga will tell you all about TGA files. You should be able to open in in your Internet explorer, right click on the picture and save picture as and then choose what you want. I recommend JPG. If IE doesn't open it, open it in your graphics editing program and choose file -> save as, then pick JPG, or whatever.... good luck.

You can change the name be "rename(ing)" it. But then it won't work. There are many programs that will convert one type of file to another.

ie; Adobe Elements will save somes files into another alternate photo file.

Might be able to use GIMP. That's the same format as the CSS sprays.
