Cartoon either it was played in conjunction to the Pink Panther Show or right around that time. The shark had a top hat and a vest, I think he also had a monocle and german accent. He had a "right hand man" that was a little gold fish with a brown bowler hat that said "yes boss" in a strong bronx accent? What the heck were their names and what was the cartoons name???

Yeah his name is Mr. Jaws, he was a spin off of Stephen Spielberg's movie Jaws, and part of the Pink Panther entourage. Also he had a side kick named tally. However, I don't think that he was German.

The name of the cartoon shark was Mr. Jaws. Granted, not a very original name, but none the less it was produced by Depathe-Freling Productions as part of the overall package of Pink Panther and Friends cartoons for NBC Saturday mornings, back in the day when NBC actually did a full fledged Saturday morning programming schedule.
Arte Johnson of Laugh-In fame voiced the shark whose favorite catchphrase was always uttered whenever he either snuck up upon and/or attacked someone: "GOTCHA!"

the shark was not named jabber jaw i remeber that show watch boomerang they will tell you he had a little friend fish too right? yah anyway the fish called him chief but i dont remeber the name of it.
