I have encountered some problems while using the web MSN messenger. I have already sign in but why do my friends see me as offline? I attempt to send them msn messages but they did not receive. Is there any other website which I can access my web MSN? Pls advise. Thank you.

This is common, i encountered a few times before. It was because your network in lagging, that's why.
When i used dial-up last time, i always have this problem. After upgrading to broadband, no such problem

did you open up the msn messenger? if you did be sure you are not in the invisible mode. are set to be away or busy check that out and see what happens good luck

You may have blocked them or you are appearing offline. Failing that, delete them and re enter them into your MSN.

set your status to online or download msn messenger again

i've never used msn messenger but i'de guess you have them blocked.

um try changing your appearance. It maybe set to offline.

you have set it to "show offline"; Click your name and change it to online
