If you go to the drug store they have boob imitation soft plastic bras. They are a one time thing and they stick to your body. Give it a shot. There suppose to uplift and support with no effects of a bra. Maybe other stores have them in the ladies section, but I have seen them at the drugstore. Ask the lady at the cosmetic counter or the drugest would know. Good Luck.

There are all sorts of alternatives. Have the dress altered to fit. Use double stick tape. See if a Victoria's Secret in your area has their new low back criss-cross bustier for sale. Check in a dept. store for silicone adhesive cups. Or just cross your fingers and pray you don't fall out.

get the fake boob paste ons...you can get them at any wal-mart in the bra section. if it's too big a change though, when you change outfits, it'll be too noticeable. but i'd give it a try anyways.

not being able to see the dress I would recommend to go to a tailor and see what they can do for you.
