I have pain in my hips that run down my legs and into my feet. This happens because I have a degenerated disc in my back. The bone above this disc is slipping forward and hitting a nerve. Your doctor can show you exercises that will relieve the pain alot, but not all the time. I can usually rely on Tylenol and sometimes I just deal with it because I don't want to start taking Darvicet all the time. The best idea is to go to your doctor and see what is causing your pain. Good Luck!

Are you saying you have prescritption drugs without seeing a doctor. Never continue any type of pain killer for something you have not had checked out. Even pain killers will damage your body. Find out what is wrong with you and decide how to handle or eliminate the pain.

only as an absolutely last resort. i would try acupuncture, seeing a naturopath, seeing a chiropractor, every other avenue first. if you're really open minded, and this is popular in the far east, do a little "ritual", and call on your ancestors for help. sounds wierd here in the "west" but that's only because we're severely "dysfunctional" in a number of areas. just be creative and use your intuition--address them as family , discuss the problem, and ask for help, just as though they were right there with you. worth a try. best of luck!
