What do you call a person who does stuff like a messager service, but instead of delivering mail they do errands and drop off the merchandise or items to you?

For example:
Someone one calls you up & needs you to pick up 3 items from the grocery store, they tell you exactly what those 3 items are. You go pick them up for them & deliver them. You then get reimbursed the amount of the receipt for the 3 items, & get paid $4 for doing it, plus a tip.

What is this service called?
