It's hilarious, Edna is a very strange and insane woman that goes around reporting people, thinking that is her duty to clean the Yahoo answers site from profanity and "disgusting questions". She is most noted from other reporters because she actually harasses people. Also she have a lot of copycats doing the opposite of what she is trying to do, making the whole thing even funnier.

Edna Bambrick is a well-known figure in the message boards. Her/his main post and maybe the only one to every post was "REPORTED". She/he (I think she/he is a troll) is hilarious. Now she/he has moved in here. Many posters imitate her/he with names like Edna Bamdick, Edna Bumbrick, etc.
