since the bus can go across country to Los Angeles
Id say it was a tie. I don't know what kind of tie
perhaps a rail road tie. Take the subway to new york.
or take the plane to New york.

If you are trying to escape from yourself, its quicker to go to New York. If you are trying to escape from reality, take the bus.
