I am owed almost 11,000 dollars from Social Security and I have to wait almost a year to collect all of it, I am in need of some of the money sooner then a year for living expenses, I just want to know if it is possible to request them earlier

I know they can advance small sums, it is about $100 per month, if your need is very great, but your chances of getting them to actually do it are not. I wish you the best of luck when you go down there to ask. If your need is that great, I know this is an exploratory question, of "how much hope do I dare to have?".
You may have a little hope, but don't expect anything.

Why not call or go to the closest SS office and talk to them about what your options are. They certainly are the experts in the field and they would give you much better information than anything you could get at this site.
