It depends on what program you are using for mail. Usually you can just select "not junk" or "not spam" while viewing the message in your spam folder. If you are using MS Outlook or MS Outlook Express consider switching to Mozilla thunderbird, it has excellent controls for the UI.

normally highlight the email by clicking on it and then select not spam. or create an email rule to allow mail from that site to your inbox

Make a filter making all mails from qrz.com redirected to your inbox.
