Sounds to me like you have oily skin. Wash your face and give it a gentle scrub and then go to the kitchen cupboard and get the bottle of vinegar. Use a cotton ball or cotton square and put some vinegar on the cotton and rub on face. This will dry out your skin a little bit. Do not use any kind of a cream on your face. The vinegar will evaporate and your skin will eventually become less oily. Best to do this when you are alone, so as not to offened anyone else.

Use an exfoliating scrub. At the very least, wash the area with a wash cloth and soap when you get up and before you go to bed.

Cleanse, use a good exfoliator, and/or use a good pore cleansing mask - there are a couple great ones from Origins.
