I have a pulling tingling sensation in the very top of my breasts?

It started last night but is happening every few minutes tonight. It feels sort of like when you are nursing and your milk comes down when you hear the baby cry or you haven't nursed in a while.
Why would I do this? I am 46 and have had a hysterectomy.
Anyone out there had this happen?

I have had this occasionally happen since I became post-menopausal, but not continuously. It may be hormones, but I would call a doctor and talk to him/her about it just for your own peace of mind.
