It's on the tool bar, between the little house and the red circle with the 'x' in it. It looks like a sheet of paper with two green arrows in it.
Or just push F5.

Refresh reloads the current page to see changes - if any. It is located in Internet Explorer on the button bar next to the Stop button. Looks like a page with two curved arrows.

Right click on the standard toolbar, then click customize..you will see it in there. If it does not show, on your toolbar, on the right side, click "move up" until you can see it, that way it will be easier to see, and use. When you have it in the position, where you are happy with it, then close the program. You can move these icons, in any order that you want them to show up, on your toolbar. There is no set order that they have to be in .I hope this will help you..good luck..

Right next to the "any" key... As in, "press any key to continue"
It really rather depends on what application you're talking about, and what it is that you want to refresh.
Can you be a bit more specific?
