Are you having any other problems with the car? If not
White smoke when first started is normal. If white smoke continues you have an internal coolant leak, i.e., cracked head/blown head gasket. Black smoke is caused by a rich fuel condition. Blue smoke is caused by oil consumption. The smell of coolant inside your car is caused by a leaking heater core

Valve seals are allowing a minuscule amount of oil to leak into the cylinder while the car sits for a few hours. This oil is leaking all the time, it just isn't enough to notice. The fix isn't too expensive, but you can afford to buy a lot of oil for the same price. Bad valve seals probably won't use more than a quart of oil every 3000 miles.

Typically indicates leaking valve stem seals although in rare cases it could be a crack in the intake gasket(s).

USUALLY ITS LEAKING VALVE SEALS AND CAN BE REPLACED WITHOUT REMOVEING THE HEAD, A CYLINDER LEAKAGE TEST WILL TELL YOU IF ITS WATER OR NOT, IF YOU PRESURREIZE THE CYLINDER WITH THE PISTON AT TOP DEAD CENTER AND VALVES CLOSED IT WILL BUBBLE IN THE RADIATOR IF THE HEAD GASKET OR CRACK IS THERE.
