you can remove the antispyware by going to the add or remove program in the control panel.sometimes the antispyware is spyware or a virus .you cant remove popups you can only prevent them from getting on your computer when you are online .to prevent popups you need to install popup blockers.microsoft offers it for free in their updates.

go to www.download.com and search for a program called "spybot search and destroy" it's free. Download it and run the updates and then scan your computer for spyware. Then use the program to remove it (it's easy). Another free and effective program you can get from download.com is called adaware, and it works the same way. These programs should work wonders for you. Goodluck

Run both Ad-aware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaw... and Skybot (http://www.safer-networking.org/)... to remove any spyware. Run both as one may caught something the other missing. Then go to microsoft.com and download Defender to protect against future infections.

I recommend you get three programs and use all three.
Adaware SE Personal
Spybot SEarch and Destroy
Microsoft Defender.
They are terrific if used together.
Update weekly, run scans as often as you want.

if u get alot of popups u should get opera browser i dont ever get popups and its alot safer than explorer and faster than firefox....http://www.opera.com/download/get.pl?id=28175...and to remove spyware i'd recomend spybot or adaware you can get both at download.com

visit www.nethomehelp.co.uk, and take advantage of their free software for adware/virus's and firewalls.
if you have windows xp (valid copy) get "windows defender" a microsoft virus/trojan programme which is very effective
