Name a scene in a movie that always makes you bust a gut laughing, no matter how many times you have seen it?

Mine would have to be the Ma and the Bikers scene from "Every Which Way But Loose" when the old lady blows up the bikes with her shotgun- complete with swearing and evil laughing while she's at it.

In the movie O' Brother, the opening sceen where they are trying to make the train but they are still chained together, when the other guys fall and George Clooney gets pulled down... right before he lets go he has this "Oh Sh!t" look on his face that just cracks me up every time!!
