For those of you who don't know, scene boy is "urban street scene clothing".
To answer the question: People hate it because it is STUPID looking. When you wear pants that fall down past your crotch and you tuck your shirt into your boxers, YOU LOOK STUPID! That is why everybody hates "scene boy".
