I'd suggest Flickr. They have free access and unlimited storage of images as well as the ability for you to set permissions as to who can see and download the images you can post. The only limits they impose is a 20MB monthly bandwidth limit which is reset on the first of each month and you can only create 3 photo sets. Other than that you should be good to go. BTW... you can use your Yahoo ID too log in which means one less account to set up and remember.
