Warts usually don't bleed, and it would be really hard for you to get warts unless you have had sex...thats how it's spread...thru sexual contact with an infected person. Bumps may be pimples...ingrown hairs....but I don't think warts. Some underwear makes you sweat and causes what my mom used to say "gaulded"...basically sweating and rubbing of your body against the sweat..like your legs (upper inner thighs) causes irritation and red bumps to form, sometimes mine would bleed if irritated enough.Best to have your mom or sister if your embarrassed to look at the bumps. Most likely it's some sort of irritation, or an allergy reaction to something.

Well, if u never had sex, you probably dont have an STD. Did you shave the area bare? Sometimes that causes bumps that will bleed if rubbed. Go see your gyno just to be on the safe side.

You need to go see a doctor. Highly unlikely that you'd have genital warts if you've never had sex. You may be having an allergic reaction to a new soap (body or laundry).

You go in to the OBGYN, and ask them what the bumps are. They may have to biopsy them.. I don't think you have warts, as warts don't tend to bleed, but you can't rule anything out. Go in and get checked out.. And perhaps the solution will be as easy as using some cream.

You need medical attention asap, only a doctor can tell you for sure through examination, may not be genital warts but this does not sound normal.

You did not mention an age. It is possible that one of or both of your parents had herpes and this can be passed on to the unborn child. And if you are at the age where you are beginning to start having your period then you need to get it checked out.

You may have Candida Albicans. You can copy and paste this address to your address bar http://images.search.yahoo.com/search/images?ei=UTF-8&fr=ybr_sbc&p=Candida%20Albicans&fr2=tab-web
That should give you some images to help you at least narrow it down.
Of course, the quickest and best way to handle this is to go to your physician.
Good luck on that.

You have skin tabs. See the doctor, they look at it, and they can freeze them off, or cut them off. They then apply somthing to the area's, to keep the skin from growing. Skin tabs are like scars, that keep growing

You may have irritated skin from any soaps you use, or a rash. I think you should ask your mom about it, or a doctor, better safe than sorry.
