What ever happened to the Anthrax investigation? Do you think the person is still out there with more of the stuff? was it a one-man show? Was it an experiment performed by a country like China or NKorea?

First of all, let us establish that it wasn't a single person; this was a highly organized group of individuals with the purpose of causing fear. Namely, the government of these United States. Fear would lead to patriotism, and patriotism to acceptance of the unacceptable actions of the United States federal government. Therefore, the individuals responsible can never be prosecuted; it would entail undermining the entire democratic system (not that it isn't slowly falling to pieces as is).
