I have problems accepting myself for who I am I guess. I take rejection and even perceived rejection so hard. From my husband, my family, friends, my podiatrist who won't call me back for some reason. When someone doesn't return my phone call I assume it is because I have done something to make them mad. How can I stop this insanity once and for all?!? Help!!!

ok so you think that its all you? you are probably a great person but your self esteem needs a boost.
you need to start spending time with people who are uplifting and not rejectful of whatever you do. the podiatrist is just a busy doctor, i'm sure its nothing you've done. you are the patient. stop selling your self short.

Someone or something has made you feel this way. I've learned that no one thinks of you like you think they do. A tip is to go around and act very confident even if you're not. How you present yourself is very important. When someone doesn't call you back, then call them. Stand tall. People respect other people who act confident.

stop and check yourself. you could be under a lot of stress. or someone is putting you down allot. making you feel that way. if its your husband, family, friends. you need to take care of yourself first. when people put other people down or calls them names then you will feel, you can't do anything right. know body cares ,then you start feeling insecure about yourself. nobody should feel that way in their life. good luck

Respect your self,it doese't matter if anyone else does, as long as you have respect for your self then everything else should fall into place. I used to be disrespected, now I have the love of my life and I have friends that respect me as well.

YOU HAVE TO LEARN TO LOVE YOURSELF FOR WHO YOU ARE AND NOT WHO EVERYONE WANTS YOU TO BE.
AND YOU HAVE TO PUT YOUR FOOT DOWN AND SAY TO YOURSELF IT'S ENOUGH I AM NOT GOING TO DO THIS TO MYSELF ANYMORE . YES YOU SHOULD CONSIDER OTHER PEOPLES FEELINGS BUT NOT THAT MUCH!! BECAUSE CARING THAT MUCH ABOUT WHAT OTHER ARE THINKING ABOUT YOU IS JUST HURTING YOU MORE AND MORE!!
GOOD LUCK

Please get counseling. A minister or priest can help you find a suitable person. You sound as though you are in misery. It's not necessary.
