The lemon law says that fi you buy a vehicle from a lot for more than $1000 and then it turns out to have more than $1000 worth of damage that makes the vehicle undrivable.... they must refund the payed price in exchange for the returning of the vehicle. Best wishes

Lemon rules do not conceal fit and end issues. they purely conceal safe practices and mechanical issues. If the engine kept stalling it fairly is a lemon regulation difficulty.
