B/c people get paid to put more people in prison ...
The prison industrial complex is very profitable...
so they need more laws LOL duh!
Plus they're control freaks ... too.

it helps keep the criminals off of the streets, wishing we could have the legislators in the house full time, unfortunately we have to release them and then spend millions to round them all up again, damn the election process and all other revolving door injustices.
