Depends on when you are getting them. If you are close to starting then it probably means you are going to start. If you are in the middle of your cycle it might mean you are ovulating. but those aren't usually as bad as period cramps.
Or you could have gas bubbles or any number of other things. If they are really bad you might want a doctor to check you out.

Because they could be intestinal cramps, or you could have ruptured a cyst, or you could be getting ready to start your period. Lots of things give you cramps.. not just your period.

dont worry!! i have cramps all of the time and i didnt have my period..its just a sign that u will be getting it soon..but everywhere u go just carry a pad in your purse or pocket...or at least wear a pantiliner

Sometimes I get cramps up to a week and a half before my preiod, so its probably ur period...

Maybe ur pregnant. Cramping is a sign of pregnancy also.

You could have endomitriosis or ovarian cysts. Only a doctor can make the correct diagnosis.

at worst, it could be appendicitis, at best, it could be indegestion.
im not a doctor so i dont know.
