Your local library and/or bookstore will definitely have algebra textbooks available, maybe even the ones that your school uses. All algebra textbooks are basically the same: define the concept then give you a lot of practice problems.

What grade are you?
You can start with any "Elementary Algebra" book. They all embrace the same concept.
If you are in college, any "College Algebra" book will do.
You can go to a library, Barnes & Nobles, and Borders to select your choice.

The cheapest and best way is to just go to your local library.
They have textbooks and self help books. I think the call numbers are in the 350's.
Look around and find the book the works best for you. Everyone learns differently, so I book I like you might not.
Good hunting

Contact the company that sells and makes math books. Order a copy. Or go to the book store and buy one.
