Can you please expound a little more...what do you mean by waves?
No, not all caucasians have wavy hair...I am in the small minority in that I have naturally curly red hair...It's all about genetics...
BTW...thank you for clarifying your question.

What books are you reading? I have never read or heard that. I don't think most do, perhaps it may be 1/2 that do, it depends on the hair follicle opening if it is flat or round. It may look like most have curley hair but many are getting permanent waves done on their hair. I have straight hair with no wave at all and I am caucasian of Norwegian, Polish, Irish, and French descent.

Regionally speaking, wavy hair was a sign of Caucasians. Straight hair was Native American and Asian. Curly hair was African. This, of course, is a little outdated as races intermix and spread out through the world.

An odd question, my husband has straight hair, I have medium wavy hair and and one son has really wavy hair (he hates it and wears one braid down his back, the other son has hair like his dad. So, nope, all caucasians don't have wavy hair.

with everyone changing their natural hair so much, it's tough to say. i have not noticed that caucasians naturally have particularly wavy hair, but of course it caucasian encompasses such a vast range of ethnicities and hairs.
