Good looking schooling, the tetras would be the best... either cardinal or neon,
If you got some spare cash then go for discus.
If you like fish a little bigger than tetras then go for angelfish.
If you don't have much in the way of other fish, then red bellied piranhas look awesome in big groups.

Tiger barbs for sure. yes they are fin nibblers but that shouldnt be a problem with mollies. Just avoid Angel fish. You can also get different variations of hatchetfish that would occupy the top of the tank if you want to even out the tank space used. I would keep away from neons because they have a very short life span. You could also get into different species of african cichlid but they wouldnt go with your mollies very well.

Guppies.
They are by far the most attractive freshwater fish that will live peacefully with your mollies. I don't necessarily know that they are schooling fish, but mine stick together.

Tiger Barbs are very cool. Bright color. Very active. Need at least 5 for them to be happy. More is definately ok with them.

Guppies, Neons, Head-and-taillights. Stay away from tiger barbs. Two are okay, but I had a 'school' of seven that killed one angel and harassed my other one terribly. They also went after other community members.

get danios, there are a few different types of them, they are very hardy, inexpensive, and can live a long time 'for a fish' also most don't get big at all so you can keep quite a few depending on your filtration and tank size.

You could try Giant Danios, I have 6 of them. They are active fish and can be fun to watch!
