First of all you should dump your boyfriend. Once he cheat and if you take him back then he'll know that he can do it again. So, there are other fishes in the sea.
Your best friend, you two need to sit down a talk about how this got started. If she show that she is so very sorry, and wish it had never happened then you two can start trying to work this out but don't trust her right off the bat. Give it time and give her some test to see if you can trust her again. If she show that she can't be trusted then you would not want her as a best friend. Maybe a friend but you wouldn't want to tell her anything as it will come back to you. With best friend, you do not have to worry about it coming back to you. So, there are other best friend in the sea too if this didn't work out.

She's not a friend and he's not worth your time. It's up to you whether you yell at them, but definitely get both of them out of your life. Move on and find people who care about your feelings.
