i found out i have a cyst on each testicle and im goin to the doctor tomorrow...lets say the cyst where cancerous....if is possible to remove both testicles and would i be able to have sex again?... im really curious

A testicular cyst, also referred to as a spermatocele, is not cancerous. This particular type of cyst is usually filled with a milky or clear colored fluid. This does not impair fertility, nor does it require treatment unless it grows large enough to cause discomfort.
