A natural way would be to avoid getting a tan in the first place. That would mean staying out of the sun and wearing more clothes that cover more skin.

Use sunblock, stay out of the sun, and exfoliate. The top layers of skin are what gets tanned, so use a loofah in the shower every day and this will speed it along.

that is a lot different than most of us girls. I have been dying to have a nice tan this whole summer. Exfoliation probably, scrubbing, but tan is under the skin, so there isn't much difference you can do. you could cover yourself in flour or a light concealer. sorry. but good luck.

Time is the only thing that will fade your suntan! When you do go out in the sun use a sunscreen with a high SPF and reapply often.

Only come out at night! Even if you put on sunscreen it may keep you from burning, but it does not keep you from getting tan!

never thought i would run across a question like this, but you'll have to wait for it to fade, if its not dark it wont take too long.
