No I wouldn't accept the offer. It is never worth it and it will never be worth every penny you make. Why? I have to make a double effort too. Forcing myself to enjoy my job when in fact its not. You would eventually get tired of everything and besides happiness can't be bought or anything. If you really love your job you won't have to work a single day its more of a learning experience and the time to develop oneself..

NEVER!
I work fifty hours a week (on average). I am on salary so I don't get overtime.
My company does not have holidays. Do you know what July 4th meant to my company this year? It was Tuesday. I was "lucky" in that they "allowed" me to have the day off. My immediate boss asked my why I wanted the day. I said "so I can spend some time with my wife."
We accure leave time. That's nice. But if you take time you have to work overtime to make up for the time that you took. So it's work your a** of before you take time or rest so you work your a** off after you come back.
We also accrue sick leave. I've called in sick ONE time in two years. ONE TIME. The day I called in someone else called in. I WAS SICK. I was so sick I went to the ER the day before. I was sick the next day so called in. It wasn't my fault that someone else called in. But I had to work extra to make up for the time that I was off.
We dont' have quotas, we have revenue model. It's the SAME THING. It's just a more business (professional) sounding name. A rose by any other name.
You could give me ten times my salary and that would not make the conditions any more enjoyable.
I've been looking around. I would galdly take a job that pays less than I make now if it would be that much less stressful.
There is much more to be said about salary at a job. Work is not strictly about the money.

Gosh, much LESS enjoyable than the one I have now? I shudder at the thought! Probably so though. I'd stick it out and retire twice as soon. I guess it depends on the way is was less enjoyable though.

No...I'm a teacher. My job is not particularly high paying in the $$ dept, but it so totally ROCKS! Is the $$ that much better to have if you hate getting up, going to the job, doing the job, etc?

Absolutley! Since my current job sucks, I dont see the harm of accepting more $$$ for one that equally sucks.

I don't know. I'd like to say no. But... I've never needed money bad enough. Ask me when I'm in a crisis

You can enjoy life but you can't take money with you. Your choice.
