We never leave movies before the lights go up anymore, because of missing little gems like this. The very last scene was the dog sitting in the "god throne" on the cannibal island where Will caught up with Jack early on in the movie. The implication was clear that dog was on the menu for the evening. As a little aside, the cannibal scenes, among others, were filmed in Dominica, a Caribbean island. There is a widely held folk-rumor that the native people on the island are descended from a cannibal people described by Columbus. May not be true, and the present day native peoples don't much like the cannibal connection.

The dog has been made king by the cannibal natives and they're performing a dance in front of him. He has a big human bone in his mouth.

This is a fifteen-second comedic bit which can be seen AFTER the end credits of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest.
