The guy who filed a lawsuit in Federal Court against Satan and his minions for leading him into temptation. The magistrate threw out the suit based upon the fact that Satan was the prince of darkness, and as a potentate of a foreign power was not subject to being sued in US Court, besides the plaintiff failed to leave instructions for the US Marshall describing where he could find the defendant in order to serve the papers.

Kelo vs. The City of New London. And guess what was more outrageous than the suit, THE RULING! In that case, 5 liberal judges took American law all the way back to the 13th century by ruling that under American Law, we no longer have any real right to private property.

A woman provided day care in her home for several children. One day, she had the kids in the yard playing while her husband mowed the grass with a riding lawn mower. She went in to fix lunch, and the husband continued to mow, attempting to mow up a slope. The mower rolled backwards and went over one of the small children. After the mower died, the man tried a few times to restart the mower before realizing the child was under the mower.

The child's parents sued the mower manufacturer for the death of the child, blaming them for the child's death. In my opinion, the manufacturer was completely blameless. It was the woman and her husband who killed the child through negligence. They neglected to watch the children properly, and they also neglected to provide a safe environment for the children.

The parents didn't sue them because the couple wasn't rich. They sued the manufacturer because the manufacturer had more money.

Stupid people: the daycare provider and her husband, as well as the parents of the dead child.

I surely might want to consider the individuals who idea the girl who placed a warm cup of espresso between her thighs, spilled it on herself, sued McDonald's and received the lawsuit because they made the espresso too warm is the stupidest. I surely do no longer comprehend what state you stay in.

I once heard of a private pilot that skipped the pre-flight check, ran out of fuel, and crashed. The widow filed suit against the airplane manufacturer claiming lack of safety devices that did not exist when the plane was built. Never heard the result.

I'm aware of lawsuit by a cult called the Gentle Wind Project. The are suing a couple of former members who have spoken out against the group.

GWP sells "healing instruments" that are support to cure emotional trauma. Their "instruments" are based upon “high-frequency temporal shifting, matrixed with millions of pre-defined etheric modifications operating in a vertically and horizontally oriented polarization.”

GWP says that it manufactures their instruments based upon knowledge they have received through “telepathic impressions in the form of engineering blueprints” from “a place outside this Earth and its astral system.” Of course there is no way to objectively verify the effectiveness of the "healing instruments" that GWP sells for prices ranging from $450 to $7,600 or more.

The lost in federal court and are suing in state court in Maine. Now the Maine Attorney General's office is suing to shut them down.

There was a woman here in KY that was getting a hysterectomy. The doc that did the surgery used UK (his alma mater) as markers on the uterus, so that he didn't remove anything in the wrong way. The surgery was fine.
She said she was having problems, but she blew off numerous check ups.

Later she said she was emotionally scarred because of the laser markings he put on her uterus (that he was taking out).

It was the most ridiculous thing I ever heard.

A robber who sued a home-owner (of the home that he was robbing) for minor injuries and mental anguish, due to the fact that he got caught in their garage for three weeks while they were on vacation, and had to eat nothing but dog food.

He won, by the way, from what I understand.

That guy that filed suit against Michael Jordan because he claims that he made his life unmanagable since he looks almost identical to him (which in my opinion, the guy looks nothing like MJ).
