Well, if by cosmic cube, you are referring to the Borg Cube, than there is nothing that is more scientifically advanced, and can wreak as much havoc through technology, but the Q are more powerful.

TWO Cosmic Cubes...! No, seriously, Hostess Twinkies are more powrful because Captain America was shown distracting the cube with them once. It went wild over the rich golden sponge cake and the creamy filling, too! Oh wait, that was just an ad.

I think that, in his universe, the Beyonder would be more powerful than a cosmic cube, but I don't think one could exist in his universe. Didn't the Beyonder and the Molecule Man merge to form an immature cosmic cube...? I seem to recall a 'what if'-like issue, where the immature cube entity (then known as Cubix) and a more mature cube entity were observing the Fantastic Four and forcing them to solve challenges without their powers; making Reed act impulsive and Ben act compassionate and the Toch act logical and Sue act gruff.

Maybe Silver Surfer, since he's cosmic powered. Maybe the Surfer and Nova together. Probably Galactus.

The Infinity Gauntlet is the single most powerful devise that wont destroy the universe when activated (it can do it but it doesnt have to). Since the Ultimate Nullifier can destroy the universe and everything in it when active, it may be just a little above the IG.

I have to think that a fart from a Celestial has to rank pretty high up there too ;)
