i am more like a shemale i am planning to more feminine in future ,i am not tall mostly have a fem body.

It is possible for males to get breast implants, however it is more difficult and you cannot get as large of a cup size because males usually do not have as much skin to work with in the chest area. It really depends how much "fat" you have up there, but yes it is definitely possible for males to have breast implants and it happens more often than you think. I would be careful in the selection of which surgeon however, because there are some shady ones out there.

Yes of course. Women are a cups too, you know. Are you taking hormones to increase your cup size. This may help a little as far as fat tissue goes.

From what I read, the best breast implant for women or men with little or no breast fat, is subpectoral, below the muscle. Check it out for yourself.

Guys can get breast implants...though I wouldnt reccomend it. With the amount of radiation, and the increasing heat, and the rough activity of an average person these days there is a good chance of it being ruptured..Silicone poisoning is not cool.

yes it's possible but getting approval for that would be difficult unless you are seeing a TG therapist and have been approved for transition.
