Super Stop & Shop

There is a brand spanking new Wal Mart Neighborhood store 4 blocks from where I live. I shop there. Got to admit, they're hard to beat. But I also spread my money. I don't want to see the others go out of business. So, I also alternate between Winn Dixie and Sav a Center, depending on who's got the best specials.

I know it doesn't count as a supermarket per se, but I'm a fan of Sam's Club. In my area, the cost of living is so high, so anyway I can save a buck, I'm all for it. Otherwise, I'll hit up Harris Teeter, Wal-Mart, or Food Lion.

Trader Joe's. Most of their foods are all-natural, flavorful and have little to no preservatives! Great produce as well! And a big plus, it's very affordable!
